We simply cannot recommend Villa EllaNoor and the JupiThor team enough — they have truly set the gold standard for rental property management. They quite literally saved our Christmas. After discovering that the place we had originally booked was uninhabitable, they welcomed us into Villa EllaNoor even though it was still under renovation. The team worked tirelessly and at impressive speed to have the villa ready for us within just a few days, and they did so with warmth, flexibility, and genuine kindness throughout the process. The result was nothing short of amazing. The cleaning was immaculate, the villa itself is beautiful, and the outdoor areas are fantastic — especially the huge pool, which became a real highlight for both kids and adults. We were a family of 11, and the villa accommodated us all very comfortably. The common areas are spacious and perfect for gathering, and every bedroom having its own bathroom made a huge difference for a large group. The location in Lajares is also spot on — peaceful yet central, with everything within easy walking distance. This was hospitality at its very best. Professional, generous, and truly caring.
